Facing the future as a mum of two can be daunting. Forward planning is a great help and it's comforting to have a structure lined up for the first few weeks.
STEP BY STEP

It is normal to experience some last minute jitters before giving birth. Not only are you worried that things may not go smoothly on the day, but you may also have concerns about your ability to cope with two children.
If you’re feeling panicky, try to address one issue at a time.
Take the first week, for instance, and plan how you will manage the daily routine, who will be there to help you and how the household chores and responsibilities will be divided up.
Talk to your partner about dividing up the night-time duties both for your newborn and your older child.
Plan your strategies for keeping your firstborn busy while you’re feeding and caring for the baby, look into childcare, or put your name down for a couple of weekly groups or activities. Having a rough structure in place for the early months will make the future seem much less daunting.
