Don't put off exercise because you haven't got time or can't afford to join a gym. Look around your home and you'll be surprised at how many opportunities for healthy exercise you can find. Remember to drink plenty of water and guard against dehydration.
MUM CARE

Of course, it’s just as important for you yourself to exercise and to eat healthily, too! And you don’t need fancy clothes or an exclusive (and expensive) gym to do so.

If your lodging has two storeys, walk up and down the stairs once slowly and once as fast as you can. Repeat. Then get down onto the carpet and lie flat. Then jump up as fast as you can and proceed again to the stairs. You’d be amazed how easily you can temporarily turn your home into a delightfully creative gymnasium!

And don’t forget to drink lots of water. People often misread bodily symptoms as if they were those of hunger when in fact their body is crying out for fluids. Moreover, although one glass of wine in the evening is considered healthy nowadays, the best fluid of all is definitely water, to be consumed throughout the day. It helps the kidneys and, interestingly, has been shown to be rather effective in enhancing weight loss.
