Exercise little and often - you'll soon see the benefits and feel good too. There's no need to sweat at the gym and you can even tone your stomach in bed!
MUM CARE:

If you haven’t already started, now is the time to embark on some gentle exercises to strengthen your muscles and regain your pre-pregnancy figure. You can even do stomach exercises while in bed or seated: just pull in your belly button hard, hold for a count of ten, and then release; repeat 20 times. Doing this simple exercise several times a day will soon begin to show results. And, if you’re already feeling more energetic, then do go for brisk walks and take the stairs instead of the lift whenever you don’t have a pram or child with you.

Regular daily exercise periods are far more effective than sudden bouts of short-lived, frantic exertion. Don’t forget that your body will produce endorphins when you exercise and that these chemicals can give rise to very positive mood inside you. Exercise releases tension. So, the more you exercise, the happier you will feel, and this will impact positively on the whole family.
