As your baby grows, movement will become ever more important. You’ll want to make sure that these new movements are easy. So once your baby reaches 4 months, why not try baby yoga?

    How to Play

Come to the Yoga Jungle and discover a series of moves, designed to help your baby’s mobility and neural development.
Each move comes with a quick video for simple explanation, and print outs too for when you’re on the move. The Panda Rub is designed to warm up; the Laughing Monkey helps develop motor skills; while the Tiger in a Tree provides relaxation at the end of the session. They’re just a few of the moves we’ve provided.

    What you'll need

You should wear loose and comfortable clothing and be barefoot on a non-slip surface or yoga mat. All your baby needs to wear is a simple body suit.

    Tricks & advice

When you start baby yoga, please remember to work at your baby’s pace and stage of development. You don’t have to do every move in one session; you can do them any time. Maybe invite some friends round for a coffee and yoga morning?

    Learning & growing

As well as improving motor skills and balance, baby yoga soothes wind and colic. Perhaps most importantly, it’s a wonderful way to bond with your baby. And thanks to Comfort Stretch technology, Pampers Active Fit sit snugly round your baby’s hips and waist, helping him discover new movements in comfort.
